How your city actually works, with snacks.

The work

Civics is taught in 9th grade, and forgotten by 10th.

This is the version where high school students lead the conversation — for other teens. Using Vote Every Day, a multilingual book from the civic-engagement nonprofit Warm Cookies of the Revolution, they unpack what it actually means to get involved: over cookies, in a room small enough that everyone talks.

If you know a teenager who wants to change the world, fight for a cause, or just find a way in — this is the room for them.
