Terms of Use
1. Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated spam through our forms, and nothing unlawful.
2. Our content
The text, photos, video, logo and design of this site belong to Community Reimagined or the photographers and partners who shared them with us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please ask before reusing photos, video or the logo.
3. Events and programs
Event details, dates and locations can change. The calendar and our social channels have the latest. Taking part in an event may come with its own sign-up terms or waivers, which apply alongside these.
4. Donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy on their platform and are subject to Zeffy’s terms. Community Reimagined is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 39-2628323. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and the deductible amount may be reduced by the fair-market value of any benefits you receive, such as event tickets. For questions about a gift or a refund, email hello@communityreimagined.org.
5. Member accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
6. Quick answers
The “Have a question?” helper gives pre-written answers drawn from this site. It is a convenience, not advice. For anything important, confirm with a person at hello@communityreimagined.org.
7. Links to other sites
We link to partners, press, video and donation pages we think are useful. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or policies.
8. No warranties; limits of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Community Reimagined is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Changes and contact
